My calling is to contribute to conscious evolution of this Planet with individuals and communities who are awakening to a deeper meaning and higher purpose of their life and work.
People who come to me often find themselves in transition between old and new states of being. I see my role as catalyst of what's seeking to become, holding space for an inner and outer transformation journey. I combine a variety of approaches from coaching to working with subtle energy and consciousness to foster the next level of evolutionary growth.
Facilitating change has always been in the center of my work in multiple settings as well as a quest to understand the deeper dynamics of transformation. It has led me to a continuous path of learning from a master's degree in human resources to professional coaching and more subtle approaches such as mindfulness, energy healing and esoteric wisdom of consciousness. But the best teacher by far has been a continued personal practice and the dance with life itself.
One of my passions and gifts is to work with the healing power of group consciousness. Besides facilitating groups online and on-site, I’ve been hosting distant group meditations for years, co-creating an intentional field to catalyze individual and global transformation. It's exciting to see that there is already a growing body of scientific evidence to support this type of collective consciousness work.
What I have learned in over 20 years of client work and conscious personal path with invaluable input from collaborators comes together in a framework called Heart@Purpose™ Transformation Journey. I have also trained coaches, facilitators and conscious changemakers to use the related tools with their clients in personal and organizational settings to inspire self-realization, conscious dialogue and evolutionary change. A new pathway to make these services available globally is developing with partners in Bay area California. More about our collaboration: https://globalwellbeing.us/.
In the organizational context, I have coached leaders and professionals in purpose-based personal development, inner leadership (mastering your mind and energy, mindfulness, work-life integration), interpersonal skills (conscious dialogue and coaching skills) and facilitation of teams with Heart@Purpose™ Transformation Journey and Core Strengths®. I have also worked as a visiting teacher and coach with Executive MBA programs in the University of Lapland applying above topics to create a continuous path of personal, professional and leadership growth. In addition, I've offered career coaching and training services for a few years, currently with Eezy Group.
A major turning point for me was living in Singapore (-97-2005). I learned from multiple approaches of conscious transformation while undergoing myself an intense period of personal growth including a divorce. Eventually, I set up my own business to support others in life transitions. The multi-cultural environment deepened my love for conscious dialogues, seeing how the human desires, needs and concerns are essentially similar beneath the surface and yet, how unique is everyone’s gift to the whole.
Another active learning phase was being a partner in two companies, Mirror Learning & Mirror CoCreation in 2008-14. In the latter, I was also co-founder. We hosted transformational journeys with leaders who were ready to explore deeper aspects of their personal life, purpose and leadership. This path was suddenly interrupted when my partner in this work departed the earth plane in 2014. Once again, I had to face a new beginning on my own.
I believe there is always some golden thread underlying life’s challenges, driving our soul-searching and eventually becoming our greatest gift to life. It gives us a burning desire to move towards certain experiences through which we get to peel the layers veiling our greater potential. If I resist what’s seeking to come or go, the flow becomes blocked. When I surrender to life's changing tides, miracles begin to happen. As one of my gifts, I wish to inspire others to realize that underlying their crises, they too have an inner diamond in the development.
My other sources of inspiration: being mother of two (adult) sons, deep friendships, yoga, meditative dance, the sea, forest, trees... and the eternal mystery of life itself.
